Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1928 as 'Cherry'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1929 as 'Cherry'.

Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Pink, deep pink veining, golden-yellow reverse, yellow shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered, reflexed bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
