Origin:
Bred by Hans Jürgen Evers (1940-2007) (Germany, before 1984).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 1985 as 'Cherry Brandy'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Copper - orange.  Moderate, opinions vary fragrance.  35 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Large, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 33" to 4' (85 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
