Manapouri (MACwynpin) McGredy 1995; ('Sexy Rexy' x 'Eyeopener') x 'Moody Blues'; 37 reports on 56 bushes; 60cms; 7.5 rating. Silvery rose pink blooms with compact growth. Healthy but repeat is slowish. Double open type bloom that can sometimes be too large. Reporters have had luck on the show bench using it as a small stem or as a fully open bloom.

Manapouri (MACwynpin. McGredy 1995; 'Sexy Rexy' x ('Eyeopener' x 'Moody Blues'); silvery rose pink blooms; 9 reports on 17 bushes; 1-4 years; 55cm; 7.6 rating. North Otago says one of the best in my garden. Franklin finds the flowers attractive and come in small trusses. Healthy bush with average repeat. North Taranaki finds it healthy and disease resistant. Hutt Valley like the bushes (4), a good garden rose with nice pink colour, but a bit slow to repeat. North Taranaki also find the repeat slow, but they liked the colour and said it makes good fully open blooms. Manawatu says it is an easy grow and easy care rose for any garden. It has double flowers of an open type and can sometimes make a great small stem.

Manapouri (MACwynpin) McGredy 1995; ('Sexy Rexy'x 'Eyeopener') x 'Moody Blues'; medium pink; 8 reports on 10 roses; 1-3 years; 48cms; 7.4 rating. Southland says nice pink blooms with compact growth but hard to keep it free of downy mildew and black spot. North Otago has a small healthy attractive bush but the repeat flowering is slow. South Canterbury finds their colourful pink is good in a pot. Reasonably tall but lacks vigour and repeat is slow. Napier has a healthy bush but flower shy. Marlborough finds it a pretty mini but a slow grower that has had some downy mildew. Paeroa found their bush gained growth this year, it is healthy but slow to repeat. Taranaki has a healthy plant that flowers well. North Otago likes the pink mini that holds well, is healthy and looks good in a pot.

Manapouri (MACwynpin); McGredy 1995; ('Sexy Rexy' x 'Eyeopener') x 'Moody Blues'; medium pink;
7 reports on 8 plants; 1-3 years; 50 cms; 7.5 rating. A few more reports on this pink patio rose and it seems to be generally popular. Northland says the colour is nice, could make a 4 or more. Southland says it is naturally popular down there but reports plant got a bad dose of downy mildew late in the season, usually it is healthy. Taupo says a good garden rose with plenty of well shaped flowers. Paeroa has a new plant which is slow to get going, repeat slow, pretty flowers. North Otago reports slow repeat, nice colour, holds well.

Manapouri (MACwynpin); McGredy 1995; ('Sexy Rexy' x 'Eyeopener') x 'Moody Blues'; medium pink; 4 reports on 4 plants; 1-2 years; 55 cms; 7.4 (interim) rating. Only a few reports let us see what they say on this new patio rose. Otago straggly plant, just another pink. Auckland says to watch out for rust, good pink. Taupo lovely pink, flowers plentiful, vigour poor, likes and is getting more plants. Manawatu not impressed, repeat is slow and few flowers, very ordinary and gets blackspot quite bad. Not a memorable rose.
