Yellow blend Floribunda.
Registration name: Whisky (floribunda, Delforge, 1958)
Origin:
Bred by Hippolyte Delforge (Belgium, 1958).
Introduced in Belgium by Delforge / Select Delforge nv in 1964 as 'Whisky'.
Class:
Floribunda, Hybrid Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow, copper shading.  Canary yellow shaded orange-bronze.  Mild fragrance.  Large, very double, cluster-flowered, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Glossy, light green foliage.  

Height: up to 18" (up to 45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
