Colin P. Horner, The 1994 Rose Seedling Awards in Great Britain.
CHEwpobey (T.G.1212) is a splendid little Ground Cover Shrub bearing a constant show of light vermilion blooms, each having a distinct yellow eye - quite a novelty in this type of rose. My wife has more than an interest in this seedling as she raised the seed parent ('Anna Ford' x 'Little Darling'). The pollen parent was 'Eyeopener'.
