This rose is a micro-miniature.

According to the patent information on this rose, Mr. Moore classified the rose as a minature which may have been the best class for the rose at the time of introduction.

I don't think "micro-miniature" is an official class for roses. All micro-miniatures are officially classed just as "miniatures." It's really just an indication that the rose is (usually) less than an inch in diameter. Moreover, I doubt if anyone referred to "micro-miniatures" at all in 1977, when this rose was patented. It's rather a new term.
