This rose was given to me in 2007 by my cousin who received several years ago as a Valentines gift. She was unaware that there was more than one plant in the pot until I explained to her that that was usally the case with these holiday plants. She had planted the whole pot as is and it grew several years that way. She needed to dig the rose out to move it that summer and she did discover that there was more than one plant there. She divided the plants up and gave me one of them. It has been extremely vigorous in growth and bloom for me as well as for her. It gets some black spot and mildew.
