New Roses 1929
Pink Beauty (HT) (John Cook). The colour is pretty coral rose pink. Buds are well shaped and pointed and the open flowers are of attractive build carried on good stiff stems. Habit is good and growth vigorous. Few thorns. Good tough leathery foliage. 5/- each.
Very big but only 25 petals. Loose bloom which drops quickly.

Pink Beauty. Hybrid Tea. (J. Cook, 1919.) The long- pointed flowers are large, clear pink, fragrant, and very lasting. A strong, vigorous-growing, hardy plant with thick foliage; very free-blooming.
The shape of the bloom is much like Radiance— if anything, it is larger. Its freedom of bloom is remarkable and its compact, healthy habit is especially commendable.
