I am from Alberta Canada and own a Versailes Palace Rose Bush. I left on holidays for 4 days and put my rose bush in the house as our weather was very cold ,wet and windy. On my return the centre of my rose bush all the leaves had turned yellow w/ black spots...I've trimmed all the leaves off, I only water from the base , will my rose bush die ,what can I do to help it become full and lush again? Any help would be appreciated!

The Palace series from Poulsen In Denmark, is a very good series of roses so I wouldn't worry about your rose dying. All roses like to be in the ground as they love cool roots. If you can't plant it in the ground then a large pot is the next best thing to do for it. Give it any rose type fertilizer and sprinkle a 1/4 cup all around the base of the rose bush. Keep the soil moist but not wet and you will see a big difference in the rose.
