'Rosella' rose References
Website/Catalog (1932) Page(s) 44. New Roses 1932. Rosella (Dwf. Poly. Prior 1930) Flowers semi-double, of medium size and are borne on strong upright growths. Large trusses of flowers which are delightfully ruffled and of a salmony rose pink shade. A variety with nice clean disease resistant foliage and one suitable for bedding purposes. A distinct sport from that world famed Polyantha Rose 'Else Poulsen', but of more compact growth. This must not be confused with the 'Rosella' sent out by P. Dot in 1930. 4/- each. Our note after inspection reads — So far not worth describing, 9/2/32.
