Tiffany also likes to collect unusual roses, and in a bed just around the corner from the Pemberton Hybrid Musks is an example – the Hybrid Spinosissima Irish Rich Marbled (before 1755). Editor [?]  Roses Imported From New Zealand.
This year some 'new' old roses have been imported from Trevor Griffiths in New Zealand, among those that arrived in January were:
Irish Rich Marbled - a fascinating name for a lovely Scots brier, double pink blooms with a lilac reverse.  The colour fades from the edges and blooms which reflex into a ball.
