This rose sounds like a great rose and I would really like to get at least one for my garden. Where and/or when is this rose available? Thank you

I live in the Pacific Northwest, USA if that helps at all. I have tried to do some searching online and asked around at my local nurseries but no one seems to have even heard of the rose Mountain Mist. Thanks.
