Origin:
Bred by Joseph Pernet-Ducher (France, before 1928).
Introduced in France by Jean-Marie Gaujard in 1930 as 'Lucile Rand'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1932 as 'Lucile Rand'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink, yellow shading, orange shading.  Mild fragrance.  Very large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Bronze-green foliage.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be trained as a climber.
