Origin:
Bred by Lecomte (France, before 1829).
Bloom:
Red to deep pink, lilac shading, rose-pink center, white flecks, purple shading. Medium, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer. Glandular sepals buds.
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, well-branched. Dark green, variegated foliage.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
