De Ruiter's Herald (de Ruiter, 1948). Single rich crimson blooms with golden stamens and a white eye borne in large trusses above healthy glossy foliage. It gives the impression of an 'Orleans' class of bloom on an 'Orange Triumph' type of foliage and because of its freedom from disease will be very welcome.
