From Peter Cox's, Australian Roses, pg 4:
" 'Marjorie Atherton' - 1977
Mount Shasta x Peace
Large Flowered Bush rose.
Large bud. Double, gragrant, very large,
mid yellow flowers on strong stems,
fully recurrent.
Light leathery foliage, large leaflets.
Upright growth.
Flower: 40 petals, 110mm, 1 to 3.
Bush: 1.5 x 1m "
Not a polyantha as shown here.

Lyn, this 'Marjory Atherton' file should be merged into 'Marjorie Atherton'. Once that is done, the name of 'Marjory....' should be deleted. It is not a synonym. Her name was Marjorie. Sorry I am not doing this but it is a while since I did any merging. Thanks,
