Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1934 as 'Valerie'.

Floribunda, Hybrid Wichurana.  
Bloom:
Lemon-yellow to yellow, ages to cream .  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), in large clusters, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
