I bought this rose from Eurodesert and have had it about 7 years now. It is one of the best small floribundas I grow. It grows back quickly each year to about 2-3 ft. tall. In a warmer climate it would likely grow taller. Foliage is glossy and an attractive brownish green color turning to green. BS appears only at the end of the season on the lower leaves. In my zone 5 yard it produces about 3-5 flushes a year, depending on the weather conditions. I don't know if it would bloom continuously in a warmer climate, but the bush is manageable and the foliage attractive between flushes. Flower color is a clear, bright red with orange tones. I have never yet seen a rose from Mattias Tantau, Jr. with dull colors. There is no fragrance that I can smell and this variety is probably not suitable for planting in the middle of one's lawn, but as part of a border I think it is excellent. All in all, I would call 'Lampion' a classy plant.
