Yellow.  Mild fragrance.  Small, very double, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Large, glossy, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.

The patent for this rose reads:

"The present invention relates to a new cultivar of rose plant of the floribunda class which was originated by me by crossing the cultivar Yellow Pinocchio with pollen from a seedling of Rumba and Allgold."
