Origin:
Bred by Wilhelm Kordes III (1953 - 2016) (Germany, 1996).
Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Wholesale) in 2001 as 'Neon'.
Class:
Floribunda, Florists Rose.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Mild fragrance.  30 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 3.75".  Medium to large, very double, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, long, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, upright, well-branched.  Large, leathery foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 6' (185cm).  Width: 42" (105cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
