Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1932 as 'Prince Félix de Luxembourg'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Crimson to carmine-red, dark red shading, purple shading.  Moderate fragrance.  30 to 35 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.

Notes:
Prince Félix of Bourbon-Parma (September 28, 1893 Schwarzau, Austria - April 8, 1970 Fischbach Castle, Luxemburg), married his cousin Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxemburg on November 6, 1919, and was Prince consort of Luxemburg until her abdication in 1964.
