Thanks Vladimir. This reference raising some interesting questions.
Was 'ČSR' a sport or seedling.
The 1936 reference says 'ČSR' may be 'Ferdinand Pichard'.
Therefore we may have a parentage for 'Ferdinand Pichard' and I have noted this on FP's page.

in: Dvacet let českolsovenských růží, Blatná, 1938, on page 76, is note that ´ČSR´ is repeat flowering ´Tricolore de Flandre´. It´s possible that ´ČSR´ is seedling. I has some seedlings from ´Tricolore de Flandre´ and some was bigger than the mother plant, but flowers was in one color (pink) usually.
