Book (1950) Page(s) 138. Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Homan. The New Roses in Queensland. 'Nancy Elizabeth'. A New Zealand variety. Again we have only one bush of this variety and so would like to see more of this rose before commenting fully. It is claimed to be similar to, and an improvement on Mme. Chaing Kai-shek'. However it has been a little disappointing to date. The deep cream to pale yellow blooms have good shape but we have not seen many of them yet. If it comes up to the raiser's description it will be a welcome addition in Queensland.

Book (1946) Page(s) 93. Mr. Frank Mason, the well-known Feilding (N.Z.) rosarian, has a new Rose which he has named 'Nancy Elizabeth'. This Rose promises well. It is to be sent to the trial gardens in England, and it is hoped it will gain recognition.
Book (1945) Page(s) 91. Mr. Frank Mason. New Roses Coming I have a cross between Korovo and F. N. Thompson which I like very much, but in digging them, some of the plants were lost. The colour is a deep cream, with a strong scent, quite unlike either of its parents.
