This should list as parentage - Sport of First Prize [seedling of Enchantment (hybrid tea, Hill, 1946) × seedling of Golden Masterpiece], please.

You might want to add Quest-Ritson's remarks to the references about this rose:
Climbing Roses of the World, by Charles Quest-Ritson p.211
"'First Prize (Climbing)' (Jackson & Perkins, 1976). This exhibition rose is still one of the top cultivars for warm climates. The flowers are enormous (as much as 20cm across), elegant in bud and spectacular as they open out, magnolia pink, slightly paler towards the centre, and lightly scented. The plant is very vigorous, with rather a lanky habit of growth. It produces a generous first flowering and intermittent blooms thereafter."

I grew Cl. First Prize years ago, and from my experience, I would not be inclined to ever have it in my garden again. It was the first rose I gave away to someone who was moving to the desert. Both of us hoped it would not have the same disease problems in New Mexico.

Would you be interested in a few cuttings of Cl. First Prize?
I have a bush I started from a cutting back in 2005. Cuttings root easily and grow well on their own roots.

One of the best looking Rose I have ever seen....lots of class! Has no aroma or Rose smell.
