Dubreuil, horticulturalist-rosarian, route de Grenoble, 146, Montplaisir (Lyon), the following new roses:...Belle Capricieuse (tea) Medium sized shrub, with bluish green glossy foliage. Flowers very full, scented, opening easily, with thick petals, yellow-salmon, reverse shaded pink, center pink-peach when fully open.
