Bred by Pierre (fils) Bernaix (France, before 1908).
Introduced in France by Bernaix (Alexandre, Philippe) in 1908 as 'Madeleine Gaillard'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1910 as 'Madeleine Gaillard'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, light yellow shading.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped, expanded bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
