Origin:
Bred by Peter Lambert (Germany, 1934).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1936 as 'Gartendirektor Otto Linne'.
Class:
Lambertiana, Polyantha, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink, white center, darker edges.  Mild fragrance.  Full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright.  Glossy, leathery foliage.  

Height: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower, garden, hedge, landscape or shrub.  Hardy.  vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
