Bred by Thomas Smith & Sons (Scotland, 1924).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1926 as 'Mrs. Tom Smith'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Cherry-red.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Bronze-green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
