Rose-red, yellow center.  20 petals.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Prolific, once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b.  Very hardy.

Paul Olsen provides this description: Flower colour - cream yellow changing to light pink and finally to red. Stunning display of colour when all 3 colours are in appearance on a mature shrub. Named for the changing tones of colour.
