About 2 months ago I bought a minature cupido rose plant. For the first month it was doing great, but now it's having a few problems. It's not blooming, the rose buds turn brown before they can start growing, and the ends of the plant are growing brown. The greenery is still growing green, but it's starting to look like it's almost dying in some areas. I keep it outside on my deck, and it dosen't get full sun. The instructions say give it indirect light, which I'm doing. I water it about twice a week, because if I water it any more often, the water just drains out of the bottom of the pot. I'm just wondering if you have any suggestions how I can restore it, and how to prevent it from growing brown on the ends again. Thanks.

I've had the same problem with pre-planted hanging baskets. I have found success by re-potting it in a good quality soil instead of leaving them in the artificial "soil" that they came in. I use a mixture of 2/3 quality top soil and 1/3 peat moss. This will hold water better and your plant will do better.
