Photos of July 2nd are from the season's second flush, though mine is still small (only 2 and growing in partial shade) so far it seems to flush out some blooms about every three months, based on a year and a half of flowering. First flush begins in March and flowers in April, last flush begins in December and blooms in January. February it is semi-dormant like most of my roses.
I'd ask around a bit to see if, or perhaps where, the description "Occasional repeat later in the season" is accurate.
