Origin:
Introduced in United States by A.N. Pierson, Inc. in 1916 as 'Red Radiance'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Cherry-red.  Light carmine crimson.  Small bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
This is not the same rose known today as Red Radiance. It was introduced by A.N. Pierson Inc. and because it was considered unsatisfactory, it was withdrawn from commerce. This information is from Modern Roses II.
