Origin:
Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 1988).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 1992 as 'Halo Star'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Orange blend.  Reddish on outside, orange to pink on inside, reddish lavender at base.  None / no fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Large, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  Small, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: 14" to 16" (35 to 40cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
