Novelty Roses 1962. Hawaii (HT. Boerner,  Jackson & Perkins 1960) A true salmon orange with a slight touch of yellow at the base. The blooms are double and are produced on long healthy stems. Very fragrant. Should make an ideal garden rose and one we can thoroughly recommend. 10/6 each.

Hawaii HT. A delightful colour of soft orange-coral. Long buds opening to semi-double large blooms which keep their pure colour until petals drop. Growth excellent.

Hawaii HT. (Boerner, 1960) The deep coral or very light vermilion colouring is unique and it does not fade. Many blooms have faulty centres and the outer petals are more quilled than some growers like them, but it is a very beautiful rose with strong perfume (unusual in any vivid rose) and on very vigorous plants. The blooms last well.

Hawaii. (Boerner 1960) A true salmon orange novelty with enormous blooms up to six inches across. Upright growth with strong foliage. Should prove popular as a show rose.

Hawaii: We have had this under test for Jackson & Perkins — we really love this one and think it the best test rose we had this year. The bush is good, perfect buds and lots of substance in the petals that held up unusually well under our very hot sun and on top of that it's a new colour for the H.T. class. The colour is a rich coral. Could not be named anything but Hawaii.
