Dark red Hybrid Tea.
Origin:
Bred by Robert G. Jelly (United States, before 1962).
Introduced in United States by E.G. Hill Co. in 1962 as 'Park Avenue'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Carmine-red.  Moderate fragrance.  38 to 48 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
