Bred by Louis Lens (1924-2001) (Belgium, 1987).
Introduced in Belgium by Lens Roses/Louis Lens N.V./Pépinières Louis Lens SA in 1993 as 'Art Deco'.
Class:
Hybrid Musk.  
Bloom:
Red.  Mild fragrance.  4 to 11 petals.  Average diameter 0.75".  Small, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 6'7" (200cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for garden or pillar.  Can be trained as a climber.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Louis Lens says this rose could also be used as a climber.
