Origin:
Bred by Peter Lambert (Germany, before 1901).
Class:
Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Cream, ages to white .  Strong fragrance.  Medium, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, in large clusters, rosette bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, dense, upright.  Glossy, light green foliage.  

Height: up to 20" (up to 50cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
According to Lambert-expert Dorothea Jungen, 'Katharina Zeimet' and 'Schneewittchen' in commerce are mislabeled (juxtaposed). See drawing from "Rosenzeitung". 'Schneewittchen' prominently shows ist golden Stamens, while 'Katharina Zeimet' is more double.
