Class: Hybrid Spinosissima, Species Cross.   
Bloom: Light yellow.  Large, single (4-8 petals), flat to cupped bloom form.   
Habit: Height: 6' (185cm).  Width: 4' (120cm).
 
Growing: USDA zone 3a through 9b.  Very hardy.   
Patents: Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind). 
Notes: From Siberia? See also 'Pale Double Yellow'.Currently considered a synonym of R. spinosissima L.
 Trattinnick lists R. lutescens Pursh as a separate species and equates R. hispida Sims with R. candolleanea flavescens and R. spinosissima luteola Andr.
