Origin:
Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 2001).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 2001 as 'Best Friend'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Pink blend.  Bud mauve to red; flowers light pink, mauve/pink reverse.  Mild fragrance.  12 to 16 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, spreading.  Medium, dark green foliage.  

Height: 15" to 18" (40 to 45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).

Notes:
Ralph Moore says the flowers are a lovely rose pink with a lilac tint, and darker reverse.
