Origin:
Bred by Amanda Beales (1967-2013) (United Kingdom, before 2001).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Peter Beales Roses in 2001 as 'Happy Memories'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
White and pink.  Flowers blended cherry red, pink and white.  None to mild fragrance.  Small, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy.  Small, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' (60cm).  Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden or shrub.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
