Is Irresistible resistant to Black Spot and Powdery Mildew? How does it fair in cool, rainy climates?

This rose is an excellent one. It only gets problems in a hot climate such as flowers sunken in the center.

It gets BS here. Very thorny, easy to grow, to 3-4' here, in Oregon. Mildew wasnt an issue.

One of the best roses I have ever grown. We got a second one in 2005. I gave it more room than the one planted in 2001. I didn't realize how large the rascal would get. We are disappointed when the older bush only has 50 to 60 blooms... it usually produces 70+ per flush.
