Is this rose hight up to 200cm really? In my garden it's about 120cm, a very small rose.

This rose has done very well for me in zone 6. Very, very little dieback, healthy, strong bloomer in part shade.

Gregg Lowery writes, "... double 3 inch flowers shaped in the flat, almost quartered style of a Gallica rose are rich rose pink, stained deeper at the petal tips, with creamy petal bases. The plant is arching to 5 feet or so across but only a few feet tall. Fruity perfume seems to indicate a Tea rose parent."
