Origin:
Bred by Joseph Rambaux (France, before 1873).
Introduced in Australia by Giles and Son in 1881 as 'Madame Marie Finger'.
Class:
Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Light pink, darker center.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
The assignment to Lacharme is erroneous.
The synonymity of 'Mlle Eugénie Verdier' with 'Mme Marie Finger' as reported in English publications is questionable.
