Bloom: Cerise, ages to deep pink .  None / no fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped-to-flat, rounded bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.   
Habit: Light prickles.  Light green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  
 
Growing: USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).   
Patents: Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes: Baron Léon LeGuay, amateur gardener, in Paris and at Chateau de Serceaux, at Valframbert near Alençon (Orne), as well as Secretary of the Société nationale d'Horticulture de la Seine. A chysanthemum and a fuchsia was also named after him. |
