The 2020 reference intimates that ‘Peace of Vereeniging’ was bred before 1982. Perhaps it was a different rose to Cleopatra (hybrid tea, Kordes, 1994)

So..... [Harmonie x {(Fragrant Cloud x Peer Gynt) x (Unknown x Noris Pratt)}] I think..... It is written in an odd way, in my opinion.
