Introduced in France by Louis Lévêque & Fils in 1875 as 'Monseigneur Fournier'.
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1882 as 'Monseigneur Fournier'.

Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Deep pink, purple shading.  Very large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
