Can someone comment on this roses repeat flowering? Peter beales lists this rose as summer flowering but everywhere else its labelled repeat flowering so i'm slightly confused

The main flush is in May/June, but there is a repeat in August/September

Thank you! I think this roses descendant "Columbia" would be a better choice. It has a longer flowering season, prettier blooms and the same fragrance
