Introduced in United States by Bailey Nurseries in 2004 as 'DayDream'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Fuchsia / magenta, deep pink blending.  Mild, rose, sweet fragrance.  10 to 12 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Small, semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact, rounded, spreading.  Glossy, medium green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Very hardy.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, blackspot resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The new variety of Rosa hybrida landscape shrub rose plant was created at Yamhill, Oreg. during 1994 by artificial pollination....The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the hybrid Rosa kordesii `INTerlav` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 5,916). The `INTerlav` variety is marketed under the LAVENDER DREAM trademark. The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the `Henry Kelsey` variety (non-patented in the United States).
