Interesting color changes from fiery orange to purple-pink and a continuous bloomer even during Summer, but an absolute blackspot magnet. I don't think it went without blackspot a single day this entire past season. Had to take it out, but maybe it would do better in a less humid area.

This is my second year with Cinnamon Twist. I count it as a "distance rose". That is a rose that will knock the neighbor's eyes out with its burst of color, and many (and early) blooms, but up close has no real shape. It is really good for a burst of really bright orange and seems to do well in our hot climate (north Texas) with afternoon shade.

I am not really thrilled with this rose. This will be its third summer here but I may have to shovel prune it. It is a very plain orange rose and not at all like the advertisements. Maybe it is my zone 5 climate that doesn't bring out all the shades. Whatever the problem is I know that there are much better oranges roses out there. I have no other complaints against Cinnomon Twist but there is too little space to keep a rose that I just don't LOVE.
