Bloom:
Dark red.  None to mild fragrance.  75 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: 2' (60cm).  Width: up to 20" (up to 50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between the female seed parent an un-named seedling, and the male pollen parent, an un-named seedling. ....`POULhi016` was selected by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in 1996.
